Rental Equipment
If you choose a location that is not typically set up for a
large number of guests, you may want to consider renting tables,
chairs, linens and dishes. High-quality disposable plates and
tableware are a good option for outdoor or casual settings. It
makes cleanup simple and doesn't involve complicated packing
up.
In order to calculate how many seats and tables to rent,
estimate how many people you think will attend and then add half
that number just to be safe, particularly if your honoree was
younger. The extras can be kept in reserve and set up by designated
helpers if needed.
